Math, Course I (A Block) Tuesday - Today we will finish last week's POW as well as begin Ch 7 by working on 7-1 and 7-2. Progress reports were given today to show students how they are doing. Parents, ask to see it. HW = Study Guides 7-1 and 7-2. Thursday - After correcting Study Guides 7-1 and 7-2, we will begin 7-3 and 7-4. HW = Study Guides 7-3 and 7-4.

Science 2 (B Block) Tuesday - Today during science, we will take the next portion of the ITBS test. Mathematics, concepts, estimation, problem solving, and data interpretation. Thursday - Our next project involves studying plate tectonics by looking at earthquakes and volcanoes. We will begin with a KWL activity that has to be turned in (students brainstorm everything they know about the topics, K, everything they want to know, W, and then we will conclude it with what they actually learned, L).

Social Studies (C Block) Monday - Today we will be working on the Electoral Process project. We will also have our next Project Alert lesson. HW = Project Alert Alternatives to Drinking sheet. Wednesday - Today we will finish ITBS testing (except for make-ups) with the Mathematics computation and a questionnaire. Afterward, we will work on our South America maps. Friday - Non-pupil day, no school for students.
