Monday -Students
will finish taking notes today on their positions for the Amazon
Dilemma! Then they will begin storyboarding their plan.

Tuesday -
We went over how to make notecards
(they are being graded). All students got the Guidelines
to Presentation Notecards handout today. We also went over
the Oral Presentation
Rubric handout. These handouts can be downloaded
here.
Students will
work on their storyboards today. They will also take some time
to study their adversary's position.

Wednesday
- Today
students will receive an introductory lesson on PowerPoint. (Inlcudes
the Presentation
Power presentation.)

Thursday
- Students are to begin
their PowerPoint presentations today as I show them how I want
them to do it. They will need to rehearse to ensure that their
arguments do not go over two minutes and that their closing statements
are no longer than one minute.

Friday -
Students will continue
to prepare the PowerPoint presentations/arguments for the Amazon
Dilemma. Students will also score
their storyboards today and finish them if they haven't already.
