Evaluate web sites according to the following criteria.

Circle the number which you feel the site deserves for each category:
5 = Excellent, 4 = Good, 3 = Average, 2 = Not very good, and 1 = Poor.

           Total:

A score of 60 means the site is excellent and worth using.
A score of 36 means the site is average. Anything below is not worthwhile.
A score from 37 to 47 means the site is okay to use, but look for something better.
A score from 48 to 59 means it is a site you want to use.
