Okay, here's something new! We're having a new home built for us in Chimacum! We are so excited and, really, we can hardly believe that we're actually buying a house!! As the house gets built we will be taking more pictures of it at different stages. Here you will find the first stages from land full of trees, to the land with the foundation set in place.

      The plumbers were there the week of January 19!

      On January 29, the concrete was poured in!! And we signed the loan papers on the 29th as well. It's official! <faint>

      On February 6th they began putting up the frame!

      And on February 17th they put up the WALLS!

      On February 22nd, we painted the outside of the house!! A special thanks to our brother-in-law Michael who helped us immensely.

      Since February 22nd they have completely wired the house and setup where all the lights are going to go, they insulated the house and put up the dry walling.

      On March 18th they dug up the hole that carried the wiring to the house from the street pole and they are setting up the septic tank.

      We've painted the inside!! And it was hard work indeed! Thanks again to our brother-in-law Michael, we couldn't have done it without you! Even Elizabeth's sister, Nancy, and our niece Beatrice came over to help! Family is truly a blessing. Thank you all.
