I just finished grading all the science notebooks and I’ve printed updated progress reports for all my classes! Thursday, March 22, is the last day of the 2nd trimester and it’s the last day my 8th graders get to work on their websites. See the Computer Class Website<\/a> for links to the students’ work.<\/font><\/p>\n

For my science classes I am accepting any late work or make up work up until Tuesday, March 27. I can’t take anything later than that because we need to have grades ready for student-led conferences. All my science students got their old notebooks back in time to put them into their portfolios to share with their parents. Ask for them at the conference, please.<\/font><\/p>\n

On the grant writing front, we are almost done with our proposal. It’s a little over 20 pages so we have to do some cutting here and there. We hope that it pays off so keep thinking good thoughts for Chimacum Schools.<\/font><\/p>\n
