This workshop series is open to anyone and if you are a certified teacher in WA state you will earn 15 STEM clock hours for attending all five two-hour sessions and for completing five hours of exploration of AI tools, sharing how you use AI tools, or creating a lesson or unit or something using AI tools! <a href=\"https:\/\/web.cvent.com\/event\/f092cb67-3e95-4580-9bd8-9244dad67703\/summary\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">Click the image above or click here to register<\/a>.  Each session will be held live via Zoom and will run from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm PST. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This course was put together and will be facilitated by <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TammieSchrader1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">T<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/tammie-schrader-7536a433\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">ammie Schrader<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/benjaminpaulconstantino\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">Benjamin Constantino<\/a>, and myself. Here are the details of the workshop sessions: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Course Description:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Education Series provides educators with the knowledge and skills to harness the potential of AI in the educational setting. Through this five-part series, educators will gain a deep understanding of the foundational concepts and significance of AI in education, exploring various AI tools. Educators will learn to integrate these AI tools into their instructional practices, personalizing learning and increasing student engagement. Ethical considerations are also addressed, delving into crucial aspects such as data privacy, originality use, and equity in AI use.
