Start by going through both of the following activities in the order they appear here.

You will be visiting the How Things Fly website.

Click on 4 forces and go through all of the pages taking turns reading what's there and taking notes.

Next, you will review and/or continue learning about the four forces of flight by visiting The Four Forces of Flight site.

Once you are at the site, do the following in order (take turns, share, discuss and everyone MUST participate):

Click on Four Forces, click on the little plane and read about each force separately.

Then take the Fly a Plane quiz.

Then check out the Plane Parts.

Then go ahead and try to build a plane.
