Mr. González' Classes Homework/ Daily Activities Week 7, 1/3 to 1/7

Math Monday - We will finish problem 3.2 and the follow-up. HW - ACE #'s 17 - 19, p 31. Tuesday - We will correct the HW and begin Problem 3.3. HW - Do ACE 10 - 15 on p. 30, AND study for tomorrow's test. How do you study for a math test? Begin by going through the ACE problems for all three investigations and try doing some on your own. If you understand them and can do them, you should do fine on the test. Wednesday - Investigations 1, 2 and 3 test. HW - Unless you didn't finish yesterday's homework. Thursday - Today we will correct the math test. HW - None Friday - Since we skipped science twice this week, we will only correct the homework. HW - None

Science Monday - Students will continue to take notes on their specific, team topics from the websites I have found for them on my science webpage. HW - None Tuesday - Today students had P.E. second period. Since we have a math test tomorrow, we skipped science today. HW - None Wednesday - We skipped science again to take a little more time to finish the math test and to set fish traps at the creek. HW - None Thursday - We retrieved the fish traps and while there were no fish in Station A, Station B caught one cutthroat trout and one sculpin, Station C caught on cutthroat trout. Students will begin to fill out a notes organizer sheet. I will also pass out another website requirements sheet to all the teams. HW - None Friday - Today teams will share the information from their notes organizer sheet. Then students will complete question #4 on the notes organizer sheet. We got done up to group 6 so Monday group 6 will finish sharing what they learned and then the rest of the groups will share. HW - None

Language Arts Monday - Students will continue to work on their Cispus Websites. The deadline to finish these will be Wednesday. HW - None Tuesday - Students will continue to work on their Cispus Websites. The deadline to finish these will be tomorrow. HW - None Wednesday - Students will continue to work on their Cispus Websites. The deadline to finish these is today! HW - None Thursday - We were evacuated due to a bomb threat. HW - None Friday - Today we will finish scoring the websites using the following rubric. Then we will upload the Cispus websites onto the web! Click here to see them when they are ready. HW - None

Social Studies Monday - Students will continue to gather information for their Maya/Aztec/Inca WebQuest. Students will also begin to storyboard their PowerPoint presentations. HW - None Tuesday - Today we will have our weekly Second Step lesson. HW - None Wednesday - We skipped social studies today because teams needed the extra time to work on their Cispus websites. HW - None Thursday - We were still evacuated due to a bomb threat. When we finally got back into the room, it was too late to accomplish much of anything. HW - None Friday - We were so close to getting done and needed more time so we worked on cleaning up our Cispus websites 5th and 6th period. HW - None
