Progress Reports were handed out to all students Friday, January 20! Midterm is quickly approaching (January 31).

Daily Schedule
1st per - Exploratory - 7:45am to 8:37am
1st Block (Periods 2 & 3) - Science and/or Social Studies - 8:41am to 10:29am
Eagle Time: 10:33am to 11:00am
Lunch - 11:00am to 11:32am
4th per - Band/Choir - 11:36am to 12:28pm
2nd Block (Periods 5 & 6) - Science and/or Social Studies - 12:32pm to 2:20pm

Social Studies:

Monday - No School - Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
HW - None
Wednesday - Today students will have some time to prepare to present their Latin American Project Phase 2 reports and projects. I'd like to take volunteers to present today! We may not have time because today is an early release and classes are shortened so students can leave by 11:20am.
HW - Eagle Night tonight at 7pm in the Middle School auditorium.
Friday we will continue with Phase 2 presentations so any part of your report or project that isn't done needs to be completed at home for homework.
Friday - Today we will continue with our Phase 2 presentations.
HW - Show your parents your progress report and finish your Phase 2 report and project! It's due Monday, January 23.

Science:

Tuesday - Today we will finish EMM Lesson 5 on forces by completing the reflection section.
Then we will finish the reading for Lessons 4 and 5.
HW - Remember Eagle Night tomorrow! If you can, work on the Energy, Machines, and Motion Wiki or visit the EMM Student Website.
Thursday - Today we will start EMM Lesson 6 to study the effects of friction.
HW - Turn in any part of lessons 4 and 5 if you have not done so already. And don't forget to be ready to present your Latin American project Phase 2 tomorrow.
