Progress Reports for the Trimester handed out on Monday, Nov 26! Parents can also check through Skyward Family Access. Any and all missing or late assignments are due by Thursday, Nov 29.

2nd per - 8:41am to 9:33am
3rd per - 9:37am to 10:29am
Eagle Time - 10:33am to 11:00am
Lunch - 11:00am to 11:32am
4th per - 11:36am to 12:28pm
5th per - 12:32pm to 1:24pm
6th per - 1:28pm to 2:20pm

6th grade Science:

Monday - Today will be the last day to finish the Salmon Life Cycle Webquest (some teams are very close while others are not so for those who don't finish today it will be homework).
HW - Share your Progress Reports with parents and get signed for an extra two points!
Work on your job specific notes if you didn't get a good grade. Book notes can be made up at lunch in my room or after school in room 502.
Everything and anything extra is DUE this Thursday!! Otherwise the grade on your progress report will be the one on your report card for Science.
Tuesday - Today I will start to train students on how to present. I have a bunch of presentation techniques that will make their presentations awesome.
HW - See Monday.
Wednesday - Today I will give students time to plan their PowerPoint before they start putting their words on computer.
Once teams have plans for their PowerPoints, I will start reviewing with students how to create a PowerPoint presentation and give them ideas on how to make their presentation great.

Thursday - Once teams are ready, they can start creating their PowerPoint presentations to teach their class what they've learned and to share their results.
HW - None, today was the deadline.
Friday - No School - Trimester Break!

7th grade Science:

Monday - Today I will show students how to link their Plant ID websites to their blogs.
Students will also get time today to link their blogs from their Plant ID websites and students can fix/update their Plant ID websites while they are linking.
HW - Share your Progress Reports with parents and get signed for an extra two points!
Work on your blog assignments, finish your leaf drawings (Process #4), and finish your task nine questions if you have not done so yet.
ALL DUE this Thursday!!
Tuesday - Today 4th period is mostly ready to visit other schools' blogs and leave comments so that we can ask them to look at our Plant ID Field Guide webs! Fifth period still needs to finish linking their Plant ID website from their blog and their blog from their Plant ID website. Yeah, it's confusing but I'm hoping it will all be worth it.
HW - See Monday.
Wednesday - Today students will finish linking their blogs to the webs and vice versa. Those who are done will start leaving comments on blogs from other schools leaving links to our Plant ID websites so that we can get feedback from other students.
Then students will continue to work on their Plant Webquest brochures.

Thursday - Teams will be working on their Plant Webquest brochures today.
