Monday - Today
students will get the chance to finish any of the Science parts
of their Cispus
trip books.

This week it's also quite
important that students who didn't finish any part of their
volcano types or lava types last week get it completed this
week. Students can come in at lunch or stay after school. I'd
really rather not let notebooks go home as they tend to stay
at home but we can try that too.

Tuesday - Today
we worked on the Cispus trip book so that all students could complete
all their Science pages. This is the last classroom day we will
spend on volcanoes, Cispus or Mt Saint Helens.

Wednesday - Today
a North Olympic Salmon Coalition
(NOSC) Restoration Steward
will come in and do a presentation to our Science classes about
Chimacum Creek and the benthic macroinvertebrate sampling we
will help them do.

Thursday -
Today
we will begin our Water Quality Project by viewing videos that
past film crews created. After this students I will explain to
students what the different jobs are from which they can choose.
Only two jobs, film crew and benthic macroinvertebrate sampling,
are so popular that I have students give a speech to their classmates
and the classes will vote.
HW - Those
who want to apply for film crew or benthic macroinvertebrate group
need to prepare speeches for tomorrow.
Friday - Today
we will hear speeches for film crew and benthic macroinvertebrate
group. Classes will vote for two students to do film crew and
three students to do benthic macroinvertebrate sampling.
