Thursday - Today we began a buoyancy lab called Float your Boat. Students got a 12cm X 12cm piece of aluminum foil and they had to create a boat that would hold the most pennies. I think 49 or 50 pennies was the most any boat could hold.
Today we just experimented with different shapes writing down what shapes held the most pennies.

Friday - Today students will conduct a closer examination, by following the full scientific method, of what factors make their boats able to hold more cargo.
Most students completed their lab write-up to the procedure.
