Mr. González's Classes Homework/ Daily Activities Week 13, 3/9 to 3/13

6th grade Science: Monday - Today I will be uploading websites and students make last minutes changes and tweaks to their websites. Websites are uploaded! Check them out! HW - Show your parents your website. Tuesday - Today students will assess their own websites. Then they will assess each other's websites and the film crew's movie. HW - Blog Permission Letter with How To Section (have your parents read and sign it and bring it back tomorrow). Wednesday - Today Alicia from North Olympic Salmon Coalition (NOSC) will join us to share their ideas about the B-IBI results from this year. HW - None Thursday - End of the trimster and early release. Today students will finish assessing their websites and their work during the process. HW - None Friday - Trimester Break - No School. HW - None

8th grade Science: Monday - Today students will choose plates and jobs for the Earth Movement Project. Then the job specific teams will meet to record observations. HW - None Tuesday - Today teams will meet in their plate groups to share their specific job observations. Then we will look at possible boundary types based on the data each person collected from their observations. HW - None Wednesday - Continue to work on the Earth Movement Project. Today students will finish sharing observations then they will meet in their jobs teams again to try and define plate boundary types based on their data. They used this sheet to record their ideas. HW - None Thursday - End of the trimster and early release. Today, teams finish defining plate boundary types in their jobs groups. HW - None Friday - Trimester Break - No School. HW - None
