As the first week comes to an end I thought I’d post some reminders here. Sixth graders just need to make sure they get all their filled out and signed paperwork to their teachers. The Cispus Health Form and Permission slip is due Monday, Sept 10. Medication Authorization form is due all next week and the medication needs to be brought in to the nurse at the middle school office on Monday, Sept 17.
Seventh graders need to get all their filled out and signed paperwork in as well. I also sent home a list of some items that we could use in Science class. Please see if you have any of the things we need to donate or loan to our Life Science classes.
