6th Grade Science
Monday -
This week students will finish
their vocabulary lists and they will begin to storyboard their
website.
Today I will
complete my storyboard presentation then
students will work on their vocabulary list.
Progress
reports were handed out today with updated grades on notes,
lab write-ups
and scoring lab write-ups. I explained to students what the
grades mean and how to raise them.
HW - This
is the last week to get credit for any missing work turned
in late and for any extra credit. You have one more day,
until Friday the 30th.
Tuesday -
Today students will use inspiration
to create a flow chart of their website.

Wednesday
- Students will
finish their flow charts on Inspiration. Groups that finish before
class is over get to work on their vocabulary and/or getting more
notes if they need them.

Thursday
(Block Schedule for Langston and Meacham) - Today
students will finish their flow charts. Students will then be
shown samples of completed storyboards and we will create a rubric
based on this one. While working
on creating their own storyboards, students will be able to finish
their vocabulary lists and take more notes if they need.
1st Period will
set the fish traps.

Friday (
Block Schedule for Olafson and Cortez) -
Today students will
finish their flow charts. Students will then be shown samples

retrieve the fish traps. We caught one sculpin and one crayfish.
