Greetings everyone. I have been updating grades almost every day as students have been turning in missing assignments non-stop. (Still updating as of Nov 24.) But today I uploaded a new update that includes 6th grade Freshwater Pollution Blogs and the 7/8 Biome Podcasts (click on each one to see what students did). Check those grades out so that if you need to fix something, add something, or redo something you can get it done before the end of the term of Dec 3rd!! I’ve also finished putting in the grades for the 7th/8th grade vinegar and baking soda lab. Those who didn’t finish that need to get it done right away and turn it in to me.
It has come to my attention that some families are checking my online progress reports and not seeing the updated grades. I am not certain why that is happening. Please email me if your child says he or she turned in work but you’re not seeing an improvement. I can either confirm or show that it truly is getting better. I will be giving everyone a paper copy of the progress report on Wednesday, Nov 25, in case you haven’t checked online. That way you have Thanksgiving break to get caught up if you haven’t already. Stop procrastinating! And have a great break :o)
