Mr. González' Classes Homework/ Daily Activities Week 5, 12/10 to 12/14 (This may change from day to day depending on how much we actually get done in class so check back often to make sure something wasn't changed at the last minute.) Progress reports will be handed out Thursday for A/B (C/D will get theirs next week, Tuesday). Friday marks the midterm for the second quarter. Blocks A/B Tuesday - No Second Step this week. Today A and B blocks will visit the mouth of the Creek to collect samples, begin testing the water, and filming the process. B block will conduct experiments on the water and soil samples and get data into computer spreadsheets. HW - None Thursday - A block will conduct experiments on the water and soil samples as well as get data into computer spreadsheets. B Block will work on their PowerPoint presentations. HW - None Blocks C/D Monday - No Second Step this week. C block students will work on work on Chapter 11 in the book through a study guide, while D block students will practice conducting the tests they will conduct on Wednesday. HW - The field trip permission sheet needs to be filled out and turned in on Wednesday, please. HW - None Computers 2 This week: This week, groups will present their PowerPoint ideas to the class for a grade. As teams get done, they will begin to create their websites.
