Mr. González' Classes Homework/ Daily Activities Week 8, 3/18 to 3/22 (This may change from day to day depending on how much we actually get done in class so check back often to make sure something wasn't changed at the last minute.) Blocks A/B Monday - We will start with a couple of short videos, Rocks and Minerals and Rocks, Minerals and Fossils. Then students will work on their water quality research. HW - None. Wednesday - Students will finish the notes for their water quality research, then begin storyboarding all those notes. The storyboard is the beginning of their websites. Internet notes are due on Friday (and today is an early release). HW - Get field trip permission slip signed and returned by Friday, 3/22, at the latest. Friday - A block ends with and B block begins with a presentation by Mr. Bill Perkins on Earthquakes. Then students will work on their water quality research today. Internet notes are due so most groups should be working on their storyboards already. HW - None. Blocks C/D Tuesday - Today we will be on the Ballard Locks field trip all day. HW - None. Thursday - C block ends with and D block begins with a presentation by Mr. Bill Perkins on Earthquakes. Then students will work on their water quality research for the remainder of the class. HW - Get field trip permission slip signed and returned by tomorrow, Friday, 3/22, at the latest. Computers 2 This week: This week students will begin to come up with ideas for their Final Project, designing a website for a local business.
