Mr. González' Classes Homework/Daily Activities Week 9, 3/29 to 4/2 (This may change from day to day depending on how much we actually get done in class so check back often to make sure something wasn't changed at the last minute.) Progress Reports handed out on Tuesday! 6th Grade Science Monday - Project Alert. HW - Finish your research at home (Space Debate). Tuesday - Today students will begin to storyboard their Space Debate PowerPoint presentations. Once the storyboards are done, students may begin creating the PowerPoint slide show. HW - Show parents your progress report ($25 if signed) and get the permission release for my National Boards signed ($20 and + 5 points!). Wednesday - Today we will continue working on the Space Debate PowerPoints. Students will begin to rehearse in preparations for the actual debates. HW - Prepare for the debate. Thursday (Block Schedule for Langston and Meacham) - Today students will begin debating. We will try to get through all ten groups in each class. HW - None Friday ( Block Schedule for Olafson and Cortez) - Today students will begin debating. We will try to get through all ten groups in each class. HW - None   8th Grade Web Design Plan for this week: Students have their website scoring rubric so they know what I'm looking for. I have taught them everything I know about Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash. So for the remainder of the quarter they are working on their websites making them as great as they can be.
