Tuesday - PowerPoint presentations continued.

Wednesday - Today I will have a sub so students will work on a Salmon Life Cycle Webquest. I would rather be here myself to view these PowerPoint presentations.

8th grade Science:

Monday -Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day - No School

Tuesday - Today we will continue to watch, discuss and take notes on the density movies. Then we will start working on the Density Dilemma (a Science writing project).

Wednesday - Today I will have a sub as students complete a chart and answer four questions about the Density Dilemma.

Thursday - Today students completed the four questions and began to pre-write their Density Dilemma letter to King Hiero II.

Friday - Today there were some students who progressed to writing their rough draft letter for the Density Dilemma. Click here to see the letter format we are using to complete this assignment.
