Eagle Time - 10:33am to 11:00am
Lunch - 11:00am to 11:32am
4th per - 11:36am to 12:28pm
5th per - 12:32pm to 1:24pm
6th per - 1:28pm to 2:20pm

6th grade Science:

Monday - Today I will give students some time to finish their water quality research notes.
I also shared with students a new tool we're going to try, Diigo.com. We will use Diigo.com to bookmark and annotate the water quality websites they used in class to research their jobs.
HW - None if you're all caught up.
Tuesday - Today is a half day. We will have periods 1, 3, and 5 today. Students will finish annotating their water quality websites with Diigo.com. Take a look at our 6th grade Diigo group to see what students have done.
HW - None
Wednesday - Today is a half day and we will have periods 2, 4, and 6. Take a look at our 6th grade Diigo group to see what students have done.
Students will finish annotating their water quality websites with Diigo.com.
HW - Eagle Time tonight! I'll see you there. Times the events start depends on which grade you are in.
Thursday - Teams will begin to work on their Water Quality PowerPoint presentations. Students are to present to their homeroom class sharing what they've learned about their three water quality jobs.
HW - None
Friday - Today teams will continue to work on their PowerPoint presentations.
HW - None

7/8 grade Science:

Monday - Today students will get a little more time to work on their density glogs and put them on their blogs.
HW - Finish your density glog and put it on your class blog. See mine for an example of what yours will look like.
Tuesday - Today is a half day and I will not see any of my 7/8 Science classes because today is only for periods 1, 3, and 5.
HW - See Monday.
Wednesday - Today is a half day and we will have periods 2, 4, and 6.
Student teams will start a Floating Crayons Lab. Using the Inquiry Boards, we will watch a short video then students will choose variables, develop their problem, hypothesis and begin work on their procedure. Students will be using the inquiry boards to complete their lab.

Thursday - Those teams who finish their procedure and setup their data table will get to gather materials and start their lab.

Friday - Today teams should be graphing their data and writing their conclusions.
