6th grade Science:

Monday - Today students will finish decorating and setting up their notebooks. Students got a copy of the table of contents and a new copy of the lab safety contract to put in pages two and three of their notebooks. The very first page is to be decorated with their ideas of energy. What energy means to them. They need to color that.

Then we will begin the lab preparation work for lesson 2 of the Energy, Machines and Motion (EMM) unit. Lesson 2 is on making a battery.
