Week 13, 3/14 to 3/18

(This may change from day to day depending on how much we actually get done in class so check back often to make sure something wasn't changed at the last minute.)

Daily Schedule
1st per - 7:45am to 8:37am
2nd per - 8:41am to 9:33am
3rd per - 9:37am to 10:29am
Eagle Time - 10:33am to 11:00am
Lunch - 11:00am to 11:32am
4th per - 11:36am to 12:28pm
5th per - 12:32pm to 1:24pm
6th per - 1:28pm to 2:20pm

6th grade Science:

Monday to Friday - Students are still working on their water quality blogs using the following organizer.

Students will have their graphs, photos and short movies on their blogs so we will continue working on all of those parts this week.

Monday we will take some time to discuss Friday's food tracking activity.

Friday will be an early release day snow make up day. I will only have 6th period that day and I will have a sub because I will be attending the WA State Science Teacher's Association Science Conference.

HW - None

8th grade Science:

Monday to Friday - Some student teams are still figuring out what to do for their plant project while others are busy working on it. This week teams will continue to collect data on their plant labs while also working on their research.

Monday we will take some time to discuss Friday's food tracking activity.

Friday will be an early release day snow make up day. I will only have 2nd period that day and I will have a sub because I will be attending the WA State Science Teacher's Association Science Conference. During 2nd period there will be an assembly for 8th graders.

Timeline:
By this Thursday, March 17, all research and notes should be done.

By next Friday, March 25, presentations should be completed.

Starting the week of Monday, March 28, teams will present what they learned to their classmates.
