Monday - Note: I have 6th grade Science 1st, 5th, and 6th periods. The way that is working out is that I start the day's lesson with 5th and 6th period so that means 1st period will usually be one day behind. I wanted to mention that so that parents don't get upset if their 1st period child seems one day behind! Sorry for the confusion.
Today we will try and finish the Water Pollution Webquest. Students that aren't quite ready to publish their public awareness blog will be able to continue working on this while the rest move on to the next topic.
HW - None unless you can finish the webquest at home. Today I also sent home an information sheet for our Wednesday Open House!
Tuesday - Today I will see what students know about the water cycle for a water cycle activity that we will working on. We will also learn our water quality jobs, which means new teams for some.
Students who are still working on the Water Pollution Webquest can still work on that.
HW - Students also got a copy today of the Midterm Grade Sheet.
Wednesday - Today students will work on the water cycle activity. Those who haven't finished the Water Pollution Webquest are still working on that. Students are also beginning to read each other's work and leaving each other feedback on the class blogs.

Thursday - Today students will continue to read each other's work, check the class social network to respond to questions and/or add questions of their own, as well as work on the water cycle activity.
