6th grade Science:

Monday - President's Day - No School!
HW - None
Tuesday - Today teams will rehearse their water quality presentations.
HW - None
Wednesday - Today we will begin water quality presentations. As teams present everyone else will complete the following handout to take notes.

Thursday - Water quality presentations continued.

Friday - Water quality presentations continued.

8th grade Science:

Monday - President's Day - No School!

Tuesday - Today we will continue to practice using Punnett Squares to see how genetics traits are passed from parent to offspring.
HW - None
Wednesday - Today students took a punnett squares quiz.
HW - None
Thursday - Today students used punnett squares to draw an offspring from two parents. They drew the offspring based on what traits were possible from the two parents.
HW - None
Friday - Today students will finish their offspring drawings and share them. Then we will answer a question about diversity on our planet (this can be explained by genetics). Some students are also working on a SpongeBob punnett square activity.
