Mr. González' Classes Homework/ Daily Activities Week 10, 11/6 to 11/10

6th grade Science: Monday - We will continue working on Inquiry 5.2, page 40, for EMM lesson 5. Periods 1 and 2 got as far as completing the 5.2 lab while Period 4 only got as far as writing their procedure. HW - None Tuesday - We are still working on EMM lesson 5, part 5.2. Periods 1 and 2 will complete analyzing their data (#6 on p. 41), then they will begin to work on the reflection questions on p. 41. Period 4 will finish writing their procedures so that they may begin their lab today. Once they get done, they will start the reflection part. HW - None Wednesday - We will continue to work on the EMM lesson 5, part 5.2, p. 41 reflection questions today. Today is an early release (dismiss at 12:40pm). HW - None Thursday - Once we are done with the EMM lesson 5, part 5.2, p. 41 reflection questions we will complete the lesson readings starting on page 42. Today we will have a Veteran's Day assembly. HW - None Friday - Veteran's Day - No School! HW - None, have a nice three day weekend.

7th grade Science: Monday - Today students will whiteboard and share what they learned Friday using the Isostasy Simulator. HW - None Tuesday - Today we have a few teams left to share what they learned from the Isostasy Simulator. Once we are all done sharing students will begin a writing activity based on Archimedes discovery of how to use density! HW - None Wednesday - Students will be working on their Density Dilemma writing activity. Today is an early release (dismiss at 12:40pm). HW - None Thursday - Today students will have a sexual harassment presentation by Marilyn Sterbick, our counselor. Today we will have a Veteran's Day assembly. HW - None Friday - Veteran's Day - No School! HW - None, have a nice three day weekend.
