By viewing my online progress report you can see how your child did on the assignments so that he or she can improve for the 2nd trimester!
Sixth graders will be taking one last week to collect water quality data on Chimacum Creek as they complete their study of benthic macroinvertebrates. Each period starts with a visit to the creek to collect water quality data and concludes with doing some more reading of the Case of the Mysterious Macros.
Seventh and Eighth graders are learning how to make observations of the Earth System as we start to learn about how thermal energy transfers affect our planet. This is an exciting Earth Science unit and kids are going to learn good Science as they gain an understanding of our planet. See what we will be doing by checking out the Earth Science website.
