Environmental Stewardship Student Projects

As I ponder how to begin this new school year amidst a more infectious strain of the coronavirus, I am thinking back to all the wonderful work my students did last year. I linked their different projects on the following Google Slide to share with the Ocean Guardian Schools program that we are a part of. It allowed me to use one of my dancing Bitmojis. I still very much like Bitmojis and making fun, interactive Google Slides.

The links above include some of the best posts that I choose every year for the past five years to add to our 6th Grade World Solutions blog. I’m very proud of the work my students have done and continue to do every year. I can’t wait to see what this year’s kids will do.

Well, the links above WERE great samples of student work from that year BUT ever since Google deleted all their Blogger blog posts and YouTube videos, all that amazing work is GONE. In order to protect themselves, Google changed their Blogger and YouTube Channel minimum age requirements to 18 and only ONLY! We were devastated and I lost years of incredible student work.

I do want to show off some student work here so here are some more recent examples of student work:

Environmental Stewardship Project – Lila A

Environmental Stewardship – Layla W

My Environmental Stewardship Experience – Jasmine S

Environmental Stewardship – Isabella V

And here is our 6th Grade World Solutions blog (luckily a student had the brilliant idea to put all our best student posts on one blog and it was one on my account so some student work survives!).
